Booking

The rehearsal room is available for members having paid their membership fee. Please use the links on the right to book your slots!

There are a few rules to booking your slot, they are here to ensure everyone is able to book a slot and to keep the room clean. The MUSICAL committee reserves the right to revoke access rights to anyone that does not respect these rules.

    • Rules for booking

    • The room can be booked by slots of 1 hour, each full hour.
    • On weekdays, only bands may book slots between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
    • Bands and band members may book the room up to 2 weeks in advance, for a maximum of 3 hours every week. Please contact the committee if you need more rehearsal hours.
    • Solo members may book the room up to 24 hours in advance, for as long as you want. The committee may allow bookings between 6 PM and midnight in exceptional cases, on a case-by-case basis.
    • We kindly ask you not to abuse the system (remove others’ reservations, booking all available slots, etc.)

    Rules for using

    • It is forbidden to use the room without reservation and/or with people that are not registered as members of MUSICAL. We decline all responsibility if something happens and this rule is not respected.
    • For a clean floor, please do not eat or drink in the room. You can do so in front of the entrance, where there are bins for you to throw away the trash.
    • Please put the key back in the external locker when you leave. It’s better if you do it even if the next band arrives before you’re gone (in particular in the event that the keys or other equipment disappears).
    • Put the equipment back in its original position if you moved it. There are 20 other bands using this room, imagine if everyone started moving things!
