Booking

The rehearsal room is available for members who’ve paid their membership fee. Please use the links on the right to book your slots!

There are a few booking rules, which are here to ensure everyone is able rehearse while keeping the room clean. The MUSICAL committee could revoke access rights to anyone that does not respect these rules.

    • Rules for booking

    • The room can be booked by slots of 1 hour, each full hour.
    • On weekdays, only bands may book slots between 6:00 PM and midnight.
    • Bands and band members may book the room up to 2 weeks in advance, for a maximum of 3 hours every week. Please contact the committee if you need more rehearsal hours.
    • Discovery Members may book the room only during their allocated slots (8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, on Thursdays and Sundays). They must play in groups of at least 2 people and reservations must go through the moderator.
    • Solo members may book the room up to 24 hours in advance, for as long as they want. The committee may allow bookings between 6 PM and midnight in exceptional cases, on a case-by-case basis. Solo members may not book the room during the discovery slots.
    • We kindly ask you not to abuse the system (remove others’ reservations, booking all available slots, etc.)

    Rules for using

    • It is forbidden to use the room without reservation and/or with people that are not registered as members of MUSICAL. We decline all responsibility if something happens and this rule is not respected.
    • For a clean floor, please do not eat or drink from cups/open containers in the room. You can do so in front of the entrance. The closest bins are outside.
    • Please put the key back in the external locker when you leave. It’s better if you do it even if the next band arrives before you’re gone (in particular in the event that the keys or other equipment disappears).
    • Stow the equipment back in its designed position after using it (guitars, pedalboards and cables behind the curtain; mics and micstands against the wall). There are 20 other bands using this room, imagine if everyone started moving things!
